A grace period of thirty minutes is given after the time of the wedding, once grace period is finished a cost is applied after. Also give the date and time of the wedding. Fees and Payments (w/cancellation explained): * Deposit Fee: 50% of full payment is due upon signing of contract and entails a non-refundable fee of half the amount to secure the date and services. This deposit fee is due depending on the time frame between inquiry and proposed wedding date. - Within 3 months - Deposit required in two weeks from inquiry date - Between 4 months to a year - Deposit required in three weeks from inquiry date - Over a year - Deposit required one month from inquiry date After the payment has been made, a 14 day grace period is allowed for cancellation, where the remaining balance of the deposit may be refunded. After the 14 days, the 50% is now non refundable. The deposit will be applied towards the final balance. * Final Balance: The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. A contract will be presented for you to sign for complete agreement between both parties.
